Home Heating Oil Delivery and Propane Delivery to Princeton, MA

We have had only good experiences with the ckSmithSuperior service staff. They installed a propane heater and mini splits, both of which were done professionally and in a clean, workman-like fashion. When service has been needed, it has been easy to schedule, at a convenient time, and all issues were addressed. Our most recent oil burner cleaning was completed by Tim Sheperd who was courteous, friendly, efficient, and thorough.

Tim did an excellent job and left the work site clean. Much appreciated!

I put work performed was outstanding, however, later in the day after the tune-up I noticed there was a message about an ignition lock out. Another technician (Ed) came out the next day (6/7) to fix the problem. I'm not really sure what the problem was or if it was related to the tune-up but glad it was resolved quickly.

Tim is great. This is the second time he's been at our house for routine service work. Very knowledgeable and professional. Clearly explained the work he was doing. Great service. Very nice guy.

Being able to schedule the appointment online was excellent. I was given a cursory call and the technician was here during the scheduled time. I have no complaints with the device.
