Anthony Santoro, Jr. - General Manager
Anthony Santoro, Jr., an avid New England sports fan who enjoys spending time with his family, has been working in this industry for 10 years. At ckSmith / Superior, he is responsible for general operations, which includes sharing the responsibilities for delivery and service, as well as being involved with sales, marketing, and customer service.
While there usually aren’t enough hours in a day for all the work he wants to do, as a manager, Anthony has learned to prioritize and meet the demands of his job to ensure customer satisfaction.
To him, the client’s experience with ckSmith / Superior is vital. He believes in protecting the customer’s biggest asset—their home. By having a top-notch staff, quicker response times than competitors, and efficiency in all areas of business, Anthony knows ckSmith / Superior can provide unbeatable customer service, and he believes that is the company’s pulse.

Liza Lecuyer - Controller
Liza Lecuyer is the controller for ckSmith / Superior, has been in the heating/cooling service industry since 1987 and admits she learns something new every day. She handles financials, receivables, and customer service for the company.
While the day-to-day volatility of the industry can sometimes be a challenge for Liza, she finds her job rewarding thanks to the caliber of ckSmith / Superior employees. It’s an added benefit working for a family-owned business and being surrounded by good people and owners who are involved in the daily activities of the organization.
Liza believes that the best approach to customer service is honesty and respect. Being truthful and having a willingness to work with the customer’s needs is the best way to cultivate a sustainable, positive relationship with ckSmith / Superior customers.
Liza is married and has a 12-year-old son. She received her MBA from Bryant University in 2010 and considers herself an everyday person: she put herself through school by attending night classes and believes in being kind and treating people with respect. In her mind, laughter can cure just about anything, so she looks to friends and family as her positive role models in life.

Peggy Boyd - Human Resources
Peggy Boyd is the Human Resources representative with ckSmith / Superior. In a typical work week, she deals with payroll, employee benefits and anything else having to do with ckSmith / Superior employees.
While this job presents a number of challenges for Peggy, such as time constraints and ensuring the company is in compliance with labor laws, she really enjoys being there for the employees and helping them. She believes that customers are the bread and butter of a company, but from an HR standpoint, she also believes that the people employed within the company are vitally important, too. She goes above and beyond for both customers and her fellow employees.
Peggy enjoys the outdoors, walking, hiking, and has a rescue cat named Oliver.

The Service Center
ckSmith's / Superior’s Service Center is second to none. All service technicians and plumbers are experienced, fully licensed and insured. They are schooled on all the new products as they become available while also maintaining up-to-date information and service requirements on existing equipment. Our installation department has installed more Weil McLain heating systems than anyone else in Worcester County. We also have a team of experienced air conditioning installers who can design and install the perfect system for your home or business. Our plumbing team handles jobs of all sizes from clogged drains to complete installation of new bathrooms.
