Value Beyond Price of Oil

Your Tech, Tim S, was outstanding. He not only tuned up my oil burner but solved outstanding problems such as furnace BOOMING on startup, frequent need to reset red control box red button due to furnace shutdowns AND then resized the nozzle smaller with increased pump pressure for better fuel atomization and efficiency. I was also provided a completed work order form with replacement parts/price of each adding up to $398 covered repairs and cleaning compared to my $239 annual service contract fee. The lower oil price companies with "get your own service" in the long run are not a bargain!! I called your service manager I was so satisfied with the tune-up, solved solutions and the technician's knowledge and tenacity to make things work right.

Hi, I'm a customer in Northbridge MA. Last week (Tuesday 6/10/14) you installed a new boiler in my home at xxxxxx. Arrived on time, did work, and all cleaned up. Job well done. Took precautions not to make a messy situation worse. Laid down tarps, etc. Never met such a well "oiled" crew they worked well together, got job done faster than expected and never bothered me.
